Type: Travel Contract Shift Type: 3 nights/week (12-hour shifts),
6:45 PM - 7:15 AM, every other weekend, Night Hours per Week: 36

people heal. Roles & Responsibilities Assess childbearing women
(adolescence to middle adulthood) and newborns to identify needs
and risks Perform neonatal initial assessment and stabilization,
including emergency response when required Develop, implement, and
evaluate individualized nursing plans of care focused on positive
outcomes Provide compassionate patient and family teaching to
promote safe newborn care and maternal recovery Collaborate closely
with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate seamless perinatal care
Support and mentor current staff during the EHR transition from
Meditech to Epic Maintain accurate, timely documentation in the EHR
and communicate professionally with the care team Promote
family-centered care and facilitate bonding between parents and
newborns Qualifications Current Pennsylvania RN licensure
(required) Completion of an accredited registered nurse program
Current BLS (Healthcare Provider) — renew every two years Neonatal
Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification — renew every two years
ACLS certification per American Heart Association — renew every two
years Hands-on experience in EPIC required and willingness to
support staff through the Meditech ? Epic go-live Proven ability to
communicate clearly and work calmly under pressure Education
Completion of an accredited registered nurse program (Associate or
Bachelor’s in Nursing acceptable) Knowledge & Skills Assessment of
childbearing women and family-centered care Neonatal assessment,
stabilization and newborn care Development and evaluation of
nursing care plans Patient and family education with strong
teaching skills Interdisciplinary collaboration and teamwork
Clinical documentation and EHR proficiency (EPIC required; Meditech
experience helpful) Strong verbal, non-verbal, and written
communication; tact and sensitivity with patients and families
