seeking a RN Case Manager f or our Lock Haven, PA Pediatrics and
Adults home care office . This office provides best in class care
to clients throughout Lock Haven, PA. This role specifically will
serve Tioga, Potter and Cameron Counties . Do you want to be part

nurses like you. Responsibilities for a RN Case Manager: Lead,
inspire and motivate others to provide exceptional care. Visit our
Pediatric/Adult clients and conduct assessments in Lock Haven, PA
and other surrounding areas. Develop the care plan and oversee its
execution. Supervise LPN's, RN's, and home health aides (HHA) staff
in the field. Facilitate new hire orientation. Conduct competencies
on new and tenured staff. Qualifications for a RN Case Manager:
Registered Nurse (RN) with 1 or more years of experience as an RN.
