Job Description:
Signet Health, a national behavioral health management company
is assisting our client, Indiana Regional Medical Center, located
in Indiana, PA, in recruiting a Licensed Clinical Social Worker
(LCSW) or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) to provide
individual counseling and psychotherapy in an office setting.
Experience with children/adolescents is highly preferred. Essential
Duties and Responsibilities Assess patients mental health concerns
Create treatment plans Provide counseling for individuals, couples,
and families Conduct crisis interventions Maintain patient records
via Electronic Health Record Refer patients to other mental health

or a related field from an accredited program Active and valid LCSW
or LPC license in the state of PA At least 2 years clinical

skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team BLS
