Job Description Coverage Needed: - As soon as credentialed -
December 31, 2025 - Cover 2 locations - Shift Schedule Details &
Shift Duration: 5 -8s , 4-10s, or 2-8s and 2-12’s - Rotation:
Monday - Friday Clinical Details: - of ORs :14 ORs, OB, EP lab, 2
GI labs, offsite anesthesia - Type of Anes Model: medically
directed - Supervision ratio: 1:4,1:3 or 1:2 depending on the
complexity of cases that day - Case types: all cases, high-acuity,
general bread and butter, ortho, endo, vascular, heads, hearts -
must be able to handle a large scope of cases - EMR: EPIC
Requirements: - Full-time - Strongly Preferred - Life
Certifications/Qualifications required: ACLS BLS - Active PA
License - PA Child Abuse requirement for license
