The Sales Consultant will be responsible for forging strong relationships with new and existing clients, understanding their needs, and promoting our suite of products to help achieve their financial goals while enhancing our market presence. Engage with potential clients to establish robust financial solutions tailored to their needs Generate leads, identify and pursue sales opportunities Conduct market analysis to remain informed on industry trends and competitor activity Prepare and present sales proposals and presentations to a diverse range of clients Meet or exceed sales targets while ensuring satisfaction and loyalty Collaborate with the marketing department to craft effective strategies Provide feedback and insights gained from client interactions to the product teams Strong interpersonal and communication skills Proven track record in sales, particularly in financial services or technology Ability to analyze market data and make strategic decisions Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite Strong negotiation and presentation skills Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Certification in Sales or Marketing preferred but not mandatory Familiarity with payment systems or financial software is a plus
