Responsibilities: Present and sell company products and services to new and existing customers You will be responsible for assessing our clients' needs for new floor-covering and providing solutions to satisfy those needs. Coordinate installation time and communication schedule with Sales Manager Assist Sales Manager with ordering of products (provide clarification on what needs to be ordered, as needed) Communicate customer needs/expectations to Sales Manager to make jobs go smoothly Follow-up with all customers after job completion to be sure they are satisfied Create sales material to present to customers Complete outside measurements and figure materials Qualifications: Previous experience in flooring sales, customer service, or other related fields Ability to build rapport with clients Deadline and detail-oriented MUST HAVE FLOORING EXPERIENCE.
