Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support. You need to have a property/casualty insurance license or be willing to obtain one and we will pay for a successful license completion. You will them learn about our products and systems as you assimilate into the office. RESPONSIBILITIES: Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information. Assist customers with policy changes and updates. Process insurance claims and follow up with customers. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions. Prospect for new sales QUALIFICATIONS: Communication and interpersonal skills. Detail-oriented and able to multitask. Previous customer service experience preferred.
