Job Description:

As a Route Sales Representative, you have the opportunity to drive the iconic yellow truck. You sell and deliver frozen food to confirmed customers while building strong relationships to maintain and grow your route. Route Service Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9 am-6 pm; typical working hours are from 8:30 am to 6:30 pm -
Position Type: Full-time
Compensation:

• 
  
• $47,000-$52,000/year ($140/day + commission and sales incentives; also eligible for monthly bonuses)
  
• First 12 weeks are guaranteed pay at $920/week minimum
  
  ***$4,000 sign on bonus***
  Responsibilities
  
  • 
    
  • Drive designated route to sell and deliver products to customers.
    
  • Provide exceptional customer service to build and maintain relationships.
    
  • Utilize sales skills to promote products and increase revenue.
    
  • Demonstrate effective communication skills with customers and team members.
    
  • Uphold route driving responsibilities while ensuring timely deliveries.

    • Receive 2-3 weeks of paid hands-on training from leaders who care for and coach you to succeed with an emphasis on safety
      
    • Your own established route upon completion of training

        What we require
        
        • 
          
        • Must be at least 21 years of age
          
        • Must be able to pass a Federal Department of Transportation drug test and physical
          
        • Valid driver's license
          
        • No CDL needed
          
        • High School Diploma or GED
