Product Marketing Manager

Canonsburg, PA

Direct-Hire Position

Adecco direct-hire group is assisting a client located in Canonsburg, PA in filling the role of a Product Marketing Manager. This position will develop and drive high-impact growth initiatives, develop a multi-year marketing strategy and work towards positioning our client as a market leader. Experience in working with metered electrical systems is essential to being successful in this role.

Essential functions of the Product Marketing Manager include:

*Direct product development initiatives, product changes / promotions, product positioning, pricing and training

*Establish new business opportunities including the development of new markets and sales channels

*Manage and communicate sales information both internally and externally

*Perform pricing and competitive analysts

*Recommend strategies to improve market positions, improve quality and reduce costs

*Handle all aspects of annual forecasting

*Develop and maintain product database including: Specs, artwork and catalog copy

Minimum qualifications for this role include:

*BS degree in Electrical Engineering or similar (Master?s degree preferred)

*10+ years of technical marketing, product management and product development

*Experience with metered electrical devices

*Demonstrated ability to successfully launch new products

*Experience working in a matrixed work environment.

*Excellent communication skills, written and verbally

*Strong analytical abilities

*Able to travel 25% of the time
