Core Banking Platform
finova's Core Banking Platform includes the UK market-leading

Senior Business Analyst
You will be a technical expert for finova and you will feel
comfortable collaborating with other members of the team and wider
Group. You will be happy to work directly with clients and your
communication skills will support this.

Intelligence - rapidly understand our client's business, accurately
capture what they need, and resolve challenges and issues.

jargon-free to help them through their transformation
Technology - an understanding of technology design, delivery, and
deployment of a software package. You will require an aptitude for
SQL, Microsoft Excel, and similar tools.
Delivery Lifecycle - the experience of key phases of an end-to-end
delivery lifecycle. You will need to:
Rapidly understand client needs; translate this into system
requirements and configuration; go on to build our system
Develop test scripts and data from client needs; support execution
of component, system integration, and user acceptance test.
Have a depth and breadth of experience across a variety of roles
and several companies.
Industry acumen - an understanding of Mortgages, Equity Release,
Savings, and Commercial Lending products and processes.
What you will be doing:
As a Senior Business Analyst, your mission is to collaborate with
the client through the project lifecycle in cross-functional teams.
This involves clearly articulating the features and benefits of our
