We focus on providing exceptional products and service to our customers with the best solutions to their conveyor and screening material handling applications.

We are seeking to add an experienced millwright to join our team in Pittsburgh, PA. The most qualified candidates would be ones with experience doing basic welding and cutting, setting bearings, general maintenance, alignment of pulleys and more. This will involve work in the branch workshop and a significant proportion of time out at customer sites.

Responsibilities:




Installing and repairing industrial machinery and equipment and competent with operating basic hand and power tools.


Laser alignment of pulleys, drives and gearboxes.


Able to do basic welding/cutting including stick, wire, plasma, gouging.


Setting bearings on the conveyor system.


General maintenance on different types of warehouse equipment.


Use cranes, fork trucks, hoist pulleys, and rollers to complete the job properly and effectively.


Operate machine tools such as lathes and grinders to fabricate parts required during overhaul, maintenance or set-up of machinery.


50% travel in company vehicles




Qualifications:




Must have a valid unrestricted driver's license


Comfortable working outdoors, at heights, underground or in confined areas


Must be willing to receive MSHA training


Comply with federal regulations on mandatory drug testing


Mechanically inclined to read work orders, use tools and equipment


Basic rigging, lifting and slinging


Technical training in related technical field is a plus


Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills


Strong commitment to workplace health and safety issues


Able to lift and load equipment into vehicle and unload at repair sites


Must be able to lift 50lbs


Mechanical skills are helpful




Experience:




At least 3 years of millwright experience
