Job SummaryA Micro-Fulfillment Center (MFC) is a facility which uses a combination of Team Members and technology to gather items from an automated grid of product to fulfill Curbside online orders. The facility will house center store products as well as frozen and chilled goods. Job DescriptionTeam Members at our Micro Fulfillment Center are the link between our stores and our Curbside Express guests. Fulfillment Leads are key players in the Fulfillment Center's success, ensure the guests orders are fulfilled accurately and efficiently. They are responsible for providing unparalleled guest service and providing support to the Team Members to ensure the operation runs smoothly.

• Experience Required: 6 months to 1 year
• Experience Desired: Previous experience in a grocery store or fulfillment center environment.
• Education Desired: High school diploma or equivalent
• Lifting Requirement: Up to 50 pounds
• Age Requirement: At least 18 years of age
  Job Responsibilities
  • Administer Team Members'; workload, conduct guest transactions at curbside, communicate discrepancies and help bag and store orders.
  • Provide customer service that exceeds requirements for both internal and external guests.
  • Respond to guest calls regarding product inquiries, special orders and product requests.
  • Provide coaching and feedback to Team Members.
  • Oversee and evaluate training provided to Team Members
  • Attend and conduct daily team huddles.
  • Utilize all available tools to help reduce and eliminate shrink.
  • Assist the team in fulfilling orders, delivering orders ready for pickup, and contacting customers regarding any potential order or out of stock issues.
  • Meet or exceed required labor standards.
  • Maintain safety as the top priority in all aspects of our work, for our Team Members, and products.
  • Must be able to work a flexible schedule and be scheduled according to needs of business including but not limited to necessary required amount of nights, weekends and holidays.
