Job Description Job Description Northfield Mancan is assisting
an Aurora Company who is looking for an experienced Electronic
Assembler/Tech Aide. This is a 1st shift position 8:30am-5pm, Full
time, and the starting pay will be $18 an hour. Responsibilities:
Electronic and mechanical assembly of high quality devices, such as
Single User KVM (keyboard-video-mouse) switches and Environmental
Monitoring products. Follow work process instructions and
specifications, both written and verbal. Understand and identify
defects in accordance with applicable workmanship standards and
class (IPC). Perform verification tests in accordance with assembly
instructions. Control inventory by following proper purchasing and
reorder procedures. Ability to perform electronic assembly with
hand/electric tools on a regular basis. Qualifications: Participate
in continuous improvement and maintain a productive working
relationship. Perform other duties as assigned including moving of
material as needed. Candidate may also be required to test finished
assemblies as needed. Ability to work in a changing fast paced
environment. Surface mount soldering, through-hole soldering and a
rework is a plus. Demonstrate dependability, flexibility and the
ability to work under minimal supervision. Quality minded approach
to work. Temporary to Permanent Position: You will work as a Mancan
Employee until the company hires you in directly, if/when they
