Job Description: We are currently seeking several dedicated Production Associates to join our team at TCH Industries in Twinsburg, OH. Your role will involve tasks such as assembling production orders for shipment. There is variety in our warehouse work, depending on which production area you are assigned to each day. Job Responsibilities: Assembly: Construct high-quality industrial hose assemblies according to specifications. Quality Control: Perform thorough inspections of finished products to ensure consistent quality and adherence to standards. Machine Operation: Safely and efficiently operate equipment used in the assembly process. Teamwork: Collaborate closely with colleagues to achieve production goals and maintain a positive work environment. Safety: Strictly adhere to all safety procedures to maintain a secure workplace for yourself and your team members. Record Keeping: Accurately complete and maintain production reports, logs, and other required documentation. Organization: Keep production areas clean, organized, and well-maintained to optimize efficiency and safety. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent. Previous experience in manufacturing, production, or a related field is preferred but not required. Ability to read and interpret work orders and specifications. Basic math skills and mechanical ability. Attention to detail and commitment to quality. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Ability to lift and move heavy objects as necessary. Dedication to workplace safety and compliance with safety guidelines.
