Technician (Sheet Metal) Based in Mount Pleasant, PA — In
partnership with Express Is this you? Do you thrive turning flat
stainless or aluminum sheet into tight, flawless assemblies? Are
11? and 16?gauge TIG welds your specialty? If you enjoy a spotless
work area, collaborating across fabrication stages, and meeting
exacting quality standards, this role is built for you. What you’ll
do Execute high?precision TIG welding on light?gauge sheet (11–16
ga.) Support occasional MIG welding on various metals Handle
fit?up, fabrication, and pre?weld assembly Inspect completed welds
for accuracy, strength, and appearance Read/interpret basic shop
drawings and fabrication layouts Keep the welding cell organized;
follow all safety and quality protocols Take on other related
responsibilities as needed Schedule & requirements Hours:
Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM Assessment: Weld test required What
you bring to the table High school diploma or GED Minimum 1 year
TIG welding experience; sheet metal background strongly preferred
Proven ability to TIG weld 11? and 16?gauge materials Ability to
pass a weld test Detail?driven craftsmanship and reliability Team
player with a safety?first mindset Comfort with physical demands:
bending, lifting, twisting, crouching, and standing for the shift
