Job Description:
At Mennonite Central Committee (MCC), we are committed to

sustainable practices and humanitarian aid, we are seeking a
Manufacturing Materials and Planning Manager for our Printing Media
department. This role involves strategic planning, coordination,
and execution of materials management to ensure efficient
production processes while adhering to our mission of
sustainability and high-quality output. The individual will be
pivotal in optimizing our print media production, enhancing
material flow, and minimizing costs, thus directly contributing to
the environmental and sustainable goals of MCC. Develop and
implement materials management strategies to streamline production
and minimize waste. Collaborate with supply chain and production
teams to forecast, plan, and procure necessary materials and
resources. Oversee inventory control processes and ensure materials
are available for uninterrupted production. Lead the implementation
of Lean manufacturing principles to optimize productivity. Work
closely with the quality assurance team to maintain product quality
and compliance with industry standards. Prepare budget reports and
monitor departmental spending against the forecasts. Strong
understanding of supply chain and inventory management systems.
Proficiency in Lean manufacturing and Six Sigma. Excellent
leadership and team management skills. Capability to work in a
fast-paced, evolving environment. Strong analytical and
decision-making skills. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision
Insurance Life Insurance 401k Certification in Production and
Inventory Management (CPIM) by APICS is highly desirable. Lean Six
Sigma Green Belt or higher certification.
