Job Description Job Description We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented CNC Lathe Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience operating CNC lathes to produce precision aluminum components according to specifications. This role requires attention to detail, mechanical aptitude, and the ability to work efficiently in a manufacturing environment. This is a dayshift position. Pay based on experience 20.00-25.00 Key Responsibilities: Set up, operate, and monitor CNC lathes to machine aluminum parts to precise dimensions and tolerances. Interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and job orders to determine machine setup and operation. Inspect finished parts using calipers, micrometers, and other measuring tools to ensure quality standards. Adjust machine settings, tooling, and offsets as needed to maintain accuracy and productivity. Perform routine maintenance on machines and keep the work area clean and organized. Follow safety procedures and maintain a safe working environment at all times. Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production schedules and quality goals. Qualifications: Previous experience operating CNC lathes (preferably with aluminum materials). Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings. Proficiency with precision measuring instruments and basic math. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
