A-Line Staffing is now hiring an Operator 1 – Warehouse Operations in Zelienople, PA. The Operator 1 – Warehouse Operations would be working for a Fortune 500 company and has career growth potential. If you are interested in this Operator 1 position, please contact Sawyer at sbollitier@alinestaffing.com Operator 1 Compensation The pay for this position is $16.00 per hour Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates Operator 1 Highlights This position is a contract assignment with potential to hire on permanently based upon attendance, performance, and business needs The required availability for this position is Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM This is an onsite position located in Zelienople, PA Operator 1 Responsibilities Perform receipt, shipment, movement, and control of raw materials, product, recyclable materials, and waste Operate warehouse equipment or machinery as needed Maintain and document inventory levels and movements Maintain storeroom operations and inventory control Prepare and maintain required records and documentation Support continuous improvement in training and team performance Integrate quality systems into daily operations Assist with other warehouse duties as assigned Operator 1 Requirements High School Diploma or GED Basic computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) Familiarity with data collection devices and MRP/inventory systems Ability to comprehend specifications and procedures Attendance is mandatory for the first 90 days Preferred Qualifications Adequate math and measuring skills Mechanical ability and comfort using hand tools Ability to meet training or licensing requirements as needed Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy Self-motivated and team-oriented Physical Requirements Standing and walking on concrete surfaces for extended periods Bending, stooping, and keyboard use required Occasional lifting of objects up to 50 lbs If you think this Operator 1 position is a good fit for you, please reach out to me—feel free to call, e-mail, or apply to this posting!
