driven Product Manager to lead the development and execution of our
Wealth Banking products to support our Retail affluent client
segment. This program is designed to deepen relationships with mass
affluent clients by combining personalized banking with Investments
—anchored in PNC’s holistic approach to Wealth Management. We are
seeking Individuals with experience delivering financial services
to the Mass Affluent segment. Candidates should have product or
program management experience with consumer banking solutions such
as Deposit, Checking, CD, Lending and Mortgage products. They
should also have or be willing to development Wealth Management

Management expertise. As a Product Manager Senior within PNC
Investments, you may be based in a remote location. This is a
remote position. Work may be performed from a quiet, confidential
space in a home location, approved by PNC. This position may not be
available in all geographic locations. Job Description - Key
Responsibilities: - 1. Strategy & Product Development - Define and
lead the strategic roadmap for the Mass Affluent Banking program,
including segmentation, service model, product alignment, and value
proposition. - Ensure program design reflects the evolving needs of
the mass affluent and aligns with PNC’s broader wealth strategy. -
Work with our Retail and Private Banking partners to advocate for
Mass Affluent solutions and features on their product road maps in
support of the program. - Establish KPIs and monitor adoption,
engagement, and business outcomes. - 2. Banker enablement and sales
readiness. - Support Mass Affluent Bankers in prospecting,
converting, and serving Premier clients through targeted tools,
training, and guidance. - Develop scalable field playbooks,
referral pathways, and onboarding support in partnership with
Retail and Learning & Development. - Strengthen the banker–advisor
partnership model to support integrated advice delivery. - Develop
and support the Banker readiness including: Product & Systems
Training, Conversation Guides and Marketing Collateral. - 3. Client
Experience & Engagement - Design a personalized client experience
that combines high-touch service with digital convenience. - Ensure
ongoing client engagement through proactive service, tailored
banking solutions, and coordination with financial advisors. -
Partner with Marketing to deliver relevant communications and
engagement campaigns. - 4. Program Execution & Governance -
Translate strategic objectives into detailed execution plans,
leading collaboration across Wealth, Retail, Digital, Product,
Risk, and Compliance. - Monitor program performance and iterate
based on feedback, data, and field input. - Own governance routines
and ensure alignment with internal standards and policies. - 5.
Product & Segment Expertise - Serve as the SME on mass affluent
client needs and Premier product positioning. - Stay informed on
industry trends and internal capabilities to inform program
evolution. - Act as the technology product owner to identify,
translate, and prioritize agile work requirements to build and
enhance solutions mass affluent segment - Represent the program in
internal forums and senior leadership updates. - Drives business
and financial results through the selection, design, development
and promotion of new and existing products or experiences utilizing
traditional and emerging capabilities in technology, operations,
and data analytics to offer customers a differentiated product
experience. - Uses knowledge of emerging technologies to deliver
products to customers through all applicable channels. Prioritizes
and makes decisions regarding product recommendations. Develops
business case, business plan and roll-out of specific products or
experiences. - Monitors the marketplace to assess product,
technology, and market trends to identify a market need or
opportunity. Recommends new products or enhancements to existing
products or experiences and develops and designs innovative
features. Manages the development, production, roll-out, pricing or
promotion of specific products, and recognizes, anticipates and
resolves operational and process problems that arise. - Partners
with key stakeholders including sales, marketing, digital channel
delivery, and other internal service partners. Participates in
client-facing and external stakeholder activities to ensure all
product offerings or experiences meet strategic goals. Develops
product-specific marketing initiatives. Supports risk management,
compliance and audit needs as part of the first line of defense. -
Drives business, financial and customer experience results of new
and existing products and recommends modifications in product
features and/or marketing to improve results. PNC Employees take
