Oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations Manage and lead a team of restaurant staff, including recruitment, training, and performance management Ensure customer satisfaction by maintaining the quality of service and resolving any issues promptly Manage inventory and resources, ordering supplies as needed and controlling costs Plan and execute marketing and promotional strategies to drive business growth Prepare and analyze management reports on restaurant performance Promote and maintain a safe, welcoming restaurant environment for all staff and guests Strong leadership and people management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in handling Point of Sale (POS) systems Knowledge of inventory management and cost control Ability to work flexibly under pressure in a fast-paced environment Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Food Safety Manager Certification ServSafe Certification (preferred)
