This Occupational Therapist role is a 13-week contract in a skilled
nursing facility in Turtle Creek, Pennsylvania, working 8-hour day
shifts. The position offers a consistent daytime schedule and the
chance to build focused SNF experience within a defined
assignment.Turtle Creek is a small community just outside
Pittsburgh, giving you easy access to big-city amenities while
enjoying a quieter, more affordable setting. Within a short drive,
you can enjoy professional sports, museums, theaters, diverse
dining, and outdoor recreation in and around Pittsburghs parks,
trails, and rivers.The facility serves adult and geriatric
residents needing short-term rehabilitation and long-term care. The

collaborative, interdisciplinary environment alongside nursing,
therapy, and support staff.In this role, you will complete
evaluations, develop and implement individualized treatment plans,
and focus on functional outcomes such as ADLs, mobility, cognitive
safety, and use of adaptive equipment. You will manage a primarily
adult and geriatric caseload with orthopedic, neurological, and
medically complex conditions, documenting all care in an EMR
system.Your typical day includes scheduled therapy sessions during
standard daytime hours, participation in team meetings, and
coordination with other disciplines to support safe, effective care
and discharge planning. This assignment is well-suited for OTs
