Position Details Full Time, 7 on/7off schedule: Enjoy a predictable work-life balance with extended time off. Reasonable census: Provide focused care with manageable patient loads. Academic opportunity- Emergency Medicine / Internal Medical Residents and Interns on floor Job Requirements Current clinical competence and adequate volume of current experience documenting the ability to provide services at an acceptable level of quality and efficiency Board certified or board eligible through applicable body Current licensure from the Ohio Medical Board, preferred AHA BLS Certification Additional skills include effective communication and leadership skills, able to facilitate change Orients to physician practice/patient population including attending and participating in multi-disciplinary rounds; participate in and support accreditation, compliance, academic fellowships, and regulatory activities of the organization.
