Shift: 7:00 AM - 7:30 PM Experience: • 24 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months. • Must have at least 12 months of Medical Surgical / Telemetry Unit experience within the past 18 months. • Travel experience is preferred from any number of months. • Experience with Epic is required from last 6 months. • BSN completion required Requirements: • Candidates must have a Pennsylvania license or compact license (required for submission). • This role will require floating to multiple units • Local & travel allowed. Candidates living • No current placement allowed at Program: Temple University (Direct) Program. Pre-employment modules may be required for this role. Additional Details: Required Skills/Experience: Recent inpatient medical-surgical experience. Unit and facility details: This role is specifically for caring for admitted boarder patients located within the Emergency Department. RNs are not expected to take regular ED patient assignments. Assignment will remain within the ED boarder care model. RNs may care for patients of varying acuity consistent with their skill set. If departmental or organizational needs change, RNs may be required to temporarily provide care in another unit within their clinical competency and skill set. Shift & Scheduling: Agency RNs would be scheduled Monday through Friday. Scheduling pattern may include weekdays and/or weeknights based on coverage needs.
