Job Description Location: RIDC Park, Blawnox $5,000 Hiring Bonus
(Payable as 30 days -$300, 3 months - $700, 6 months-1000, 9
months- $1500 and one year-$1,500) Part Time/PRN Sign on Bonus-
$3,000 - $3,000 in bonuses (Payable as $600 at 1 month, $600 at 90

Support Professional – Residential provides remote support to and
assists consumers with mental and/or physical disabilities
virtually in the home and community by providing training in
activities of daily living, implementing individual program plans,
person-centered plans, and community life plans, administering and
supervising consumers in administering prescribed medications, and
completing and supervising consumers’ completion of household
cleaning and maintenance. The incumbent assumes a leadership role,
including organizing and delegating work with the CLA Program
Workers and Substitutes. Minimum Qualifications Education: High
school diploma or GED. Experience: · Minimum of 1 year of
experience working with consumers with disabilities or a related
field. · Residential services experience preferred . Licenses,
Certifications & Clearances: · Act 33/34 Clearances · FBI Clearance
· Valid State of PA Class 1 Drivers License · Certification for
First Aid and CPR within the 1st 6 months of employment and
annually thereafter · Completion of 24 hours of work-related
training each calendar year Knowledge, Skills, Abilities: ·

Essential Duties & Responsibilities · Maintains availability at all
times to provide support by monitoring alerts from the technology
and/or direct virtual support to consumers as scheduled/needed. ·
Responds to urgent requests from consumers and, as needed,
escalates to dispatching back-up in-person staff. · Notifies and
coordinates with emergency personnel as required. · Troubleshoots
technology issues with remote support systems in the homes and
escalates issues as needed. · Provides ongoing technology training
with consumers to engage them to utilize in-home devices. ·
Monitors wearable devices when a consumer is away from home and
provides assistance and interventions as needed. · Provides remote
support to consumers remotely throughout the assigned region.
