We’re hiring a licensed clinician in Pennsylvania to support adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities and complex behavioral needs . This role is hands-on and collaborative — working directly with residential teams to create practical behavioral strategies that improve quality of life. If you enjoy problem-solving, coaching teams, and translating behavioral science into real-world support , this is the kind of role where you can make a real impact. What the Work Looks Like Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA) Develop and oversee behavior support plans Analyze behavioral data and adjust strategies Provide training and coaching to residential staff Partner with operations and clinical leadership across programs Visit homes and program sites to support implementation This clinician will primarily support programs in the Mount Pocono / Stroudsburg region , helping minimize travel while still collaborating across nearby programs when needed.
