Description: We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for a
Medical Surgical unit. The position involves working night shifts
from 19:00 to 07:30. This is a 34-bed unit dedicated to providing
care for patients with a variety of acute medical conditions. The
nurse will collaborate with a team of healthcare professionals to
deliver exceptional, patient-centered care. The unit utilizes an
acuity tool to optimize patient assignments and ensure appropriate
staffing levels. Clinical nurse coordinators provide leadership on
every shift, facilitating daily huddles and managing patient flow.
The nurse manager engages actively with staff and patients daily to
support a positive work environment. Candidates should have
experience in telemetry, pre/post-operative management, and be
proficient in administering medication and IV therapies. Successful
candidates will demonstrate strong clinical skills and the ability
to work in a fast-paced environment. Attendance will be closely
monitored, and consistent reliability is expected. This is an
