Primary Responsibilities: - Participate in clinical research,
maintain accurate records, and document patient interactions. -
Communicate with healthcare personnel and exhibit service
excellence. - Perform various respiratory therapies, including
chest physiotherapy, flutter valve, PEP, incentive spirometry,
humidification, nebulization, BiPAP/CPAP, IPPB, aerosolized drugs,
and pulmonary function testing. - Assist in transporting patients
requiring respiratory support and ensure proper respiratory
equipment management. - Administer therapeutic gases, replace and
monitor compressed gas cylinders, and perform arterial punctures
with aseptic technique. - Provide, maintain, calibrate, and repair
respiratory equipment. - Conduct resting, titration, exercise, and
nocturnal oximetry studies. - Perform cardiopulmonary
resuscitation, including airway management, ventilatory support,
and external cardiac massage. - Attend meetings, complete
competencies, and stay updated on hospital policies and respiratory
care. - Ensure patient charges are entered daily. - Currently
enrolled in a CoARC approved school of Respiratory Care. - The
intern must have completed one semester of clinical rotations at a
CoARC approved school of Respiratory Care. Licensure,
Certifications, and Clearances: - Basic Life Support (BLS) OR
Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) - Clearances with renewal: -
