An Associate or Bachelor’s Degree in Human Services is essential, along with a preferred two years of experience in family case management. Familiarity with relevant software and tools will enhance your ability to manage case files and track progress efficiently. You should possess exceptional organizational skills to juggle a caseload of approximately 90 families while ensuring that attention to detail is never compromised.
