Bridgeport, West Virginia, 26330! Job Title: Registered Nurse

supportive environment for older patients requiring restorative
care following hospitalization or acute illness. It serves as a
bridge between hospitalization and home care. The focus is on
improving patients' health skills and functioning within the
community. Patients receive comprehensive care from a range of
health care disciplines. Specialties include geriatric nursing,
post-operative rehabilitation, and recovery from conditions such as
pneumonia and CHF. The patient-to-nurse ratio is 1:9 to 1:12.
Charge nurses handle all admissions and physician orders. There is
a nursing assistant to patient ratio of 1:12. Nurses collaborate
with respiratory therapists and pharmacy services available 24/7.
Basic skills necessary for care management include IV care.
Required shifts are from 7 AM to 7 PM, including rotating weekends
and holidays. Units accommodate various patient needs such as
post-operative recovery for hips, knees, and shoulders. The
