Job Description Job Description General Anesthesiologist Opportunity - Youngstown, Ohio A thriving private practice anesthesia group in the Youngstown, Ohio area is seeking a dedicated General Anesthesiologist to join its dynamic team. This role offers the opportunity to provide exceptional anesthesia care while medically supervising Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNAs) in a collaborative, patient-focused environment. Position Overview As a General Anesthesiologist, you will deliver anesthesia services for a diverse caseload, including OB, vascular, thoracic, general surgery, healthy pediatrics, and orthopedics. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring patient safety and comfort while supervising CRNAs to maintain high standards of care. Responsibilities Administer anesthesia and monitor patients during surgical procedures. Conduct pre-operative assessments and provide post-operative care. Medically supervise CRNAs, ensuring effective and safe anesthesia delivery. Collaborate with surgeons, nurses, and healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes. Maintain accurate documentation of anesthesia administration and patient care. Compensation and Benefits Salary : $500,000 annually. Benefits : Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage. Paid Time Off : 8 weeks annually. Profit Sharing : $26,000 per year. Malpractice Insurance : Fully covered. Schedule Work 2-24 hour shifts per week (negotiable days). CRNAs are always in-house to support anesthesia delivery. Requirements Valid Ohio medical license (or eligibility to obtain). Board certification or eligibility in Anesthesiology.
