Practical Nurse (LPN) East Liberty Family Health Care Center -
Pittsburgh, PA East Liberty Family Health Care Center (ELFHCC) is a
mission-driven community health center dedicated to providing
high-quality, comprehensive care to individuals and families across
Pittsburgh. We are currently seeking full-time Licensed Practical
Nurses (LPNs) to support our fast-paced outpatient medical team. As
an LPN at ELFHCC, you'll play a vital role in delivering
whole-person primary care by assisting physicians and nurse
practitioners with clinical procedures, patient education, and
administrative support. This position reports to the Nurse Manager
and is ideal for professionals who thrive in collaborative,
patient-centered environments. Key Responsibilities Room patients
and collect vital signs, screening information, and lab specimens
Administer vaccines, injections, EKGs, and other procedures as
ordered Assist providers during exams and treatments Maintain clean
and stocked exam rooms Perform phlebotomy and support lab control
procedures in compliance with CLIA guidelines Monitor equipment and
report abnormal readings to supervisors Qualifications Active LPN
license in good standing Minimum 3 years of LPN experience in
outpatient care Proficiency in EMR systems, typing, and clinical
technical skills Strong communication skills and ability to work
independently and as part of a team Compensation Salary is
