Registered Nurse (RN) | Post-Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU) / Pre-Post Op Location: State College, PA Agency: Revolution Healthcare Services Pay: $2,052 per week Shift Information: 3 days x 8 hours Contract Duration: 15 Weeks Start Date: ASAP About the Position Job Opportunity – Ambulatory Perioperative Registered Nurse – Pennsylvania Start Date: February 10, 2026 Location: State College, Pennsylvania Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants Schedule: Ambulatory care setting with pre-operative and post-operative patient care responsibilities Highlights: Epic EMR experience required; facility transitioning from Meditech to Epic with May 30 go-live date Strong pre-op and post-op background essential for this role Diverse case mix including medical, oncology, surgical, gastroenterology, and procedure patients Population served ranges from neonate through geriatric age groups Phase II recovery, blocked surgical cases, and emergency add-on procedures included Collaborative team environment focused on optimal patient outcomes at discharge Requirements: Active Registered Nurse license in the State of Pennsylvania Completion of an accredited registered nurse program Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications (American Heart Association) Epic EMR experience mandatory Strong pre-operative and post-operative clinical background Understanding of ASPAN and AORN standards of care Ability to recognize cardiac arrhythmias and respond to life-threatening emergencies EKG course completion preferred Why It's a Great Opportunity: This role offers the chance to be part of an exciting EMR transition while providing high-quality perioperative care across a broad spectrum of patient populations and procedural types.
