with responsibilities for on-call coverage and an opportunity to
work with a team of 20 cardiologists. The position demands
expertise in electrophysiology procedures and is ideal for
physicians seeking a flexible schedule. Immediate start is
preferred. Key Details Assignment Type: Locum Tenens Setting:
Inpatient Start Date: July 1, 2026 Schedule: Day shifts, with
24-hour on-call responsibilities (1:4 call ratio) Patient
Population: Adult, Geriatric Location: Youngstown, Ohio Stipends:

Responsibilities - Provide comprehensive inpatient care in
electrophysiology - Perform non-invasive procedures such as
Electrical Cardioversions, Electrocardiograms (EKGs), and Tilt
Table Tests - Collaborate with a team of cardiologists and
supervise one advanced practice provider (APP) - Manage 20 clinic
patients per day and handle an average of 11 inpatient admissions
per day Qualifications - Board Certified - BLS/ACLS certified -
Valid Ohio medical license or willingness to obtain - Submission of
a Self-Query NPDB report at the time of application Working Hours -
Day shifts, with additional on-call duties - Call responsibilities
include 24-hour coverage, with a 1:4 call ratio Skills -
Proficiency in all electrophysiology procedures - Strong
interpersonal and communication skills - Ability to work
effectively in a team environment - Experience with Epic EMR
systems
