E-SolHealth is seeking a travel nurse RN ICU - Intensive Care Unit for a travel nursing job in State College, Pennsylvania. Job Description & Requirements Specialty: ICU - Intensive Care Unit Discipline: RN Start Date: 02/09/2026 Duration: 11 weeks 36 hours per week Shift: 12 hours, days, nights Employment Type: Travel Job Description / Responsibilities: Provide direct and comprehensive nursing care to critically ill patients in the ICU. Assess, monitor, and document patient conditions and responses to treatment. Administer medications, IV drips, and treatments as per physician orders and unit protocols. Operate and monitor critical care equipment, including ventilators and cardiac monitors. Collaborate with physicians, charge nurses, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality patient care. Respond promptly to medical emergencies and changes in patient condition. Maintain accurate and timely patient records in accordance with hospital policies. Follow all infection control, safety, and compliance guidelines. Be responsible and accountable to the assigned unit and unit leadership. Requirements: Active RN license. Minimum 2 years of ICU RN experience . BLS certification (required). ACLS certification (required). NIHSS certification (required). Valid COVID-19 vaccination card .
