Job Description Pluto Healthcare is seeking a travel nurse RN Stepdown for a travel nursing job in Uniontown, Pennsylvania. Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: Stepdown - Discipline: RN - Duration: 13 weeks - 36 hours per week - Shift: 12 hours, nights - Employment Type: Travel Drivers license address must be outside 50 miles from the facility Previous perm candidates must be gone from WVU for 2 years Previous travelers there for 1 full year must be gone for 2 years Certs BLS, ACLS, NIHSS are all required Ratios 1:4-5 (If MedSurg acuity 1:6) Tele Monitors Yes Do nurses read strips? They have a monitor tech but the RN's must be able to read & interpret strips. They are also the central monitor station for the whole hospital. Drips Must be able to titrate drips: Cardizem, Nitro, Dopamine, Dobutamine, & Heparin. Insulin is only set-rate. No sedation gtts.
