Ortho, ENT, Neuro, Urology, GI, OB Supervision model: 1 MD : 3
CRNAs EMR: EPIC ? Requirements: NBCRNA - Minimum 5 years of CRNA
experience ACLS & BLS certifications PA license Must meet PA Child
