Telemetry Med Surg for a travel nursing job in Latrobe,
Pennsylvania. Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Telemetry

per week Shift: 12 hours, rotating Employment Type: Travel
Opportunity: RN - Tele Job Details: • Work 4x12 hour shifts with
rotating shifts, weekends, and holidays • Provide telemetry nursing
care and monitoring • 1 year of nursing experience required • Valid
Pennsylvania license or Compact license required at time of
submission • Must be willing to float within hospital when needed •
2 supervisor references preferred • Complete required facility
modules prior to entering the facility • COVID vaccination status
and booster status required • RTO auto-approval for 7 days or less
(outside of holidays), longer requests require facility approval •
Background check policy must be noted prior to submission for
approval • Former permanent employees cannot return as travelers
