J-1 & H-1B Visa Sponsorship Available Join a mission-driven team , providing compassionate care at a respected outpatient safety-net clinic. We’re seeking a Board-Certified or Truly Board-Eligible Family Medicine Physician to deliver high-quality care to a diverse, underserved patient population ranging from pediatrics to geriatrics. OB is optional. Schedule & Practice Highlights Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. Call: Light and minimal All-ages care: Pediatrics through geriatrics Perform procedures such as skin biopsies, suturing, joint injections, and more Collaborate closely with supervising physicians and APPs Participate in quality improvement and compliance initiatives Compensation & Benefits Competitive base salary: $240,000–$260,000 production incentives Student loan repayment assistance available Relocation assistance Malpractice tail coverage – paid in full Health, dental, vision, life, disability, and retirement benefits CME: $3,000 and 5 days annually PTO: 27 days off 7 holidays Additional $3,000 for dues, memberships, and journals ? Qualifications Board Certified or Truly Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine (within 5 years of residency completion) Indiana medical license (or willing to obtain) DEA, BLS, ACLS certifications (or willing to obtain) COVID-19 vaccination – Required Comfortable caring for patients of all ages , from pediatrics to geriatrics Epic EMR experience – Highly Preferred Ready to make a difference in a community that truly needs you?
