Doctor of Medicine | Gastroenterology Location: Indiana Employer: Locum Tenens Partners Pay: Competitive weekly pay (inquire for details) Start Date: ASAP About the Position Great IN Gastroenterology opportunity for Vacancy/Perm Search coverage starting 11/17/25 or ASAP and ongoing. One provider requested. Inpatient General GI Hospitalist Model Scheduled Clinic Hours Beeper Call Shift: 7 day coverage, 1 wk. on/1 wk. off likely shift hrs. 8a-4p, then pager call No Call Back overnight. Ave. Call s Per 24 Hrs: Phone Consults: 2-3 Pt. Seen: 6-8 Admissions: 4-5 Call Response: 30 min. PPS: 10 Bread and butter GI; no EUS/ERCP required. 20 Bed Dept. Both Rounding Admissions Required Other physicians onsite during Locum coverage, 1 Advanced, 1 general GI and 1 experienced GI APP. Support Staff: 3 RNs, 1 PA/NP, 3 MAs, 2 Office Staff No teaching or supervision required. EMR: EPIC Expenses covered, weekly pay and Occurrence Form Malpractice insurance provided.
