We’re seeking a dedicated and highly trained Retina Surgeon to join our leading ophthalmology practice. You’ll diagnose, manage, and treat complex retinal and vitreous diseases, providing life-changing care for patients every day. If you’re driven by precision, innovation, and compassionate care — this is your opportunity to make a lasting impact! What You’ll Do: ? Diagnose and treat retinal and vitreous diseases ? Perform retinal surgeries and laser procedures ? Administer intravitreal injections ? Interpret diagnostic imaging (OCT, fluorescein angiography, etc.) ? Develop personalized treatment plans for each patient ? Collaborate with a multidisciplinary eye care team ? Educate patients about their conditions and treatments ? Maintain meticulous and compliant medical records ? Stay current with the latest advances in retinal care ? Contribute to clinical research and continuous education What We’re Looking For: MD or DO from an accredited medical institution Board Certification in Ophthalmology Fellowship training in Vitreoretinal Surgery or Medical Retina Proficiency in diagnostic and surgical retinal procedures Strong communication and interpersonal skills Team-oriented and patient-focused mindset Commitment to excellence, learning, and innovation Why Join Us? ?
