Job Description American Traveler is seeking a CT Technologist with
ARRT (CT) certification and at least 2 years of experience to join
an acute care setting using Toshiba Aquilion 64 slice scanners.
Responsibilities - Work in an acute care hospital CT unit - Operate
Toshiba Aquilion 64 slice scanners in both the main department and
Emergency Department - Perform 80-100 patient exams per day -
Cerner PowerChart is used for EMR documentation - Rotating day and
afternoon shifts are available, either 5x8 or 4x10 hour shifts -
Rotating weekends and holidays are required - Radiation badge must
be provided by the traveler’s agency - Gray scrubs are required as
the dress code - All candidates will interview directly with a
manager - No local travelers will be considered - Candidates who
previously worked at any WVU Medicine location must have a 2-year
break before returning - Travelers cannot work within WVU Medicine
for more than one year cumulatively without a 2-year break - A
100-mile radius rule applies for Princeton Community Hospital and a
50-mile rule for other WVU facilities - Gray scrubs must be worn
during shifts Requirements - Current ARRT (CT) certification is
required - Active BLS certification is required - Minimum of 2
years experience as a CT Technologist is required - Experience
operating Toshiba Aquilion 64 slice scanners preferred - Experience
charting with Cerner PowerChart is preferred - Unexpired driver’s
license must be provided for consideration - License required if
