About The Position We are seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner for a 60-day locum tenens assignment in Pennsylvania. This full-time role begins on Aug 11, 2025, and involves day shifts from Monday to Friday. The Nurse Practitioner will engage in a variety of duties including sick calls, rounding, running chronic and preventative care procedures and clinics, and more. Job Details - Location: Pennsylvania - Start Date: Aug 11, 2025 - LOA: 60 days - Provider Type Needed: Family Nurse Practitioner - Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:30am-4pm Responsibilities and Duties - Conduct sick calls and patient rounding - Manage chronic and preventative care procedures - Perform follow-ups in preventative care clinics - Participate in infirmary rounds for internal medicine cases - Manage trauma triage - Maintain accurate charting and medication refills - Handle med non-compliance issues with patients - Conduct morning lines for procedures such as suture removal and follow-ups Additional Information - Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required - Familiarity with correctional facility environments is a plus - Proficiency in EMR systems Benefits - Strong compensation - Travel-related expenses covered - A-rated medical malpractice insurance provided - Dedicated recruiter for future travel opportunities What are Locum Tenens Jobs?
