Job Description Family Medicine Physician (FP) Family Medicine Physician (FP) needed in Lewistown, PA. Salary and Benefits - The pay range for this position is based on experience ($220,000/yr) - Health Insurance – Employer covers 80% (Employee: $41.04 - $164.38/month) - Dental and Vision Insurance – Employee: $4.37 $1.01 = $5.38/month - 403(b) Retirement Package – with 5% match - 20 Days (160 Hours) of Paid Time Off (PTO) - 8 Paid Holidays - Continuing Medical Education (CME) – 5 Days Approved with $1,500 allowance annually - Life Insurance Covered – up to $100,000 - Eligible for Student Loan Repayment – up to $75,000 - Tuition Reimbursement – up to $2,500 annually - Malpractice insurance covered - License renewal & DEA & Society Dues covered by employer - Long-Term Disability/Short-Term Disability - Employee Assistant Program (EAP) - Full support staff Responsibilities - Monday-Wednesday (8:00am-4:30pm), Thursday (10:30am-7:00pm), and Friday (8:00am-4:30pm) - Outpatient clinic working in a primary care setting Requirements - Clear and Active License and DEA in the State of Pennsylvania - MD/DO - Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine - New graduates welcome!
