Job Description Altoona, Pennsylvania, Pediatric Hospitalist Opening - Clinical Role: - Do you know someone that might be a good fit for this position? Please ask about our generous referral fees! - Seeking a board certified or truly board eligible pediatricia - Permanent job opening - 14 shifts per month - 7on/7off - 24-hour in-house is not required during the 7-day week - Neonatal NPs provide in-house night coverage and reduce night call-in - Coverage of pediatric, nursery and newborn patients as well as inpatient consults - Twenty-two bassinets for Level 1, 8 beds for Level 2 neonatal, 1600 deliveries per year and 12-bed pediatric unit - Must have demonstrated experience in performing procedures for neonatology-well born care including neonatal resuscitation, intubation, lumbar puncture, peripheral venous access, umbilical catheter placement, and circumcision - Opportunity for extra shifts for additional income - Clinical academic appointment - Cerner EMR - J1 and H1 visa sponsorship available - Allow RecruitWell to set up a phone call with you and the client to discuss more! - Organization Information: - Sign-on bonus - Relocation assistance - CME allowance of $4,000 - Competitive base salary commensurate with experience plus incentive bonus - Outstanding benefit package including health, dental, vision and pension and occurrence-based malpractice - RecruitWell's Core Values: - Open communication - Sense of urgency - Teamwork - Accountability - Driven to win - Higher consciousness
