Job Description:
Job Title: Radiologic Technologist Profession: Radiology
Specialty: Technologist Duration: 13 weeks Shift: AM Hours per
Shift: 8 hours Experience: Minimum years of experience required.
License: ARRT required. Certifications: None specified. Must-Have:
Experience with 65 patients daily, all ages. Experience with
bedside portables, emergency room, trauma, outpatient, and acute
care. Fluoroscopy experience preferred. Experience with Siemens
equipment, C-arm, and operating room preferred. Willingness to
rotate through the X-ray department. Description: Orientation
needed ASAP. Responsibilities include C-arm operating room cases
and some O-arm cases. Will work a schedule of two 8-hour shifts and
two 12-hour shifts. Days and evenings will rotate during daylight
hours, Monday to Friday. On-call duty includes one week of call
every fourth week. On-call hours start at 4:30 PM to 7:00 AM,
Monday through Friday, and 24 hours on Saturday and Sunday. During
on-call weeks, five 8-hour shifts will be worked instead of an 8/12
mix. Weekend work is required every other week. Expected weekly
hours are 40. Dress code requires hospital-provided scrubs,
burgundy/wine colored.
