Job Description:
Seeking a competent RN with independent practice in similar
clinical settings to provide routine and complex patient care,
assess needs, and develop long-term plans.
Utilizes nursing process standards, including assessment,
diagnosis, planning, intervention, and evaluation.
Addresses psychological, emotional, cultural, and social needs,
administers medications, and monitors treatment effectiveness.
Documents patient information accurately and educates patients and
families.
Plans for patient throughput, manages unit operations, and ensures
safety and quality care in compliance with regulations.
Follows clinical policies, maintains health records, manages
medical equipment, and processes orders.
Requires BSN (preferred), 1 year experience, RN license, and BLS
certification.
Full-time, variable schedule.
