Location:
Greene and Washington Counties Hourly Rate (2023-24 School Year):

• Master's Level $50.50/hr (No license required)
• Master's w/Clinical License $60.50/hr Location: Greene and Washington Counties
  
  Essential Functions:
  • Provides intake assessments, as well as outpatient psychotherapy including, but not limited to, individual, family, and group sessions.
  • Conducts assessment and diagnostic services to develop a comprehensive treatment plan and related treatment recommendations.
  • Develops and implements individualized treatment plans along with maintaining and submits all assigned case records, charts, reports, forms and other required documentation in a professional and timely manner.
  • Participates in treatment team meetings with psychiatric and clinical staff and individual and group supervision.
  • Utilizes school and community resources related to a client's mental health needs to achieve maximum benefit from his/her Outpatient Services
  • Adheres to all policies, laws, regulations and codes of ethics and confidentiality as outlined by federal and state laws, and agency policies and procedures.
  • Promotes client advocacy and care coordination through coordination of care meetings, consultation with agencies and school districts, and connecting clients and families to community resources. Education Requirements:
    • Master's Degree in Social Work, Psychology or related social services field with a clinical practicum; in accordance with Department of Human Services (DHS) and the Office of Mental Health and Substance Abuse Services (OMHSAS); OR;
    • PA Licensed Social Worker (LSW); OR
    • Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) Preferred
