Global Finance Controller

Canonsburg, PA

Direct-Hire position

Adecco direct-hire group is assisting a fast-growing client located in Canonsburg, PA in filling a Global Finance Controller position. This position will require you to oversee and lead the financial reporting and tax activities both domestically and internationally (Europe, Asia and China). You will be a key driver in building and developing the finance infrastructure to align with the company?s strategic growth plans. This position will be based in Canonsburg, PA but will require domestic and international travel as needed (about 25%).

Primary responsibilities of the Global Finance Controller include:

*Lead and manage international accounting and tax activities

*Provide counsel on domestic and international tax issues such as GST, HST, VAT, etc.

*Help identify, develop and maintain a professional relationship with an external accounting/tax partner

*Hire, develop and maintain a group of competent financial professionals to meet company financial needs and expectations

*Preparation and management of monthly financial and budget reports

*Provide data to the Senior Leadership Team (SLT) on regional, product and segment profitability and various financial analysis

Minimum requirements for this role include:

*BA/BS in Accounting, Finance or similar

*Current CPA license

*Minimum of 15 years in Finance/Tax Accounting with 10 or more years of International experience

*Minimum of 7 years as a Controller or similar level role

*Excellent written and verbal communication skills

*Excellent MS Office skills

*Experience using Syteline ERP is a plus
