Job Details Primary Responsibilities: Monitor CNC machining operations to ensure optimal performance. Load raw materials and unload finished components from machines. Empty chip barrels at scheduled intervals to maintain workflow. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area. Clean machines and parts after operations are completed. Perform basic machine maintenance, including checking coolant and lubricant levels. Identify, report, and document damaged or worn parts. Prepare simple reports detailing completed work. Inventory, stock, and organize tools, parts, and supplies. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required. 1–2 years of CNC machine operation preferred—but training will be provided. Willingness to work overtime as needed. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. High attention to detail and accuracy. Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Ability to read blueprints and use precision measuring tools preferred (training available). Physical Requirements: Able to stand, bend, kneel, and remain in stationary positions for extended periods. Capable of lifting, pushing, or pulling up to 70 pounds.
