Our client is a leading North American manufacturer and international marketer of two integrated chemical product lines. These chemical products can be found in high-performance plastics, pulp and paper production, packaging, chemical intermediates, pharmaceuticals, medical and agricultural applications and paints, acrylics and varnishes. Under two distinctive brands, the company manufactures a complete line of custom and other vinyl-based building and home improvement products, including window profiles, siding, pipe and fittings, mouldings and trim and decking. Retirement (after 40 years of steady employment) has created a need for the following professional:

Electrical Engineer
New Martinsville, West Virginia

As our client?s Electrical Engineer, you will assign work to internal and/or contract electrical workers and oversee/monitor progress of projects and project costs, using SAP. You will be counted on to provide coaching and input, as well a technical direction, as you spearhead the on-time and on-budget delivery of projects. To qualify, you must hold a BSEE and possess 5 to 7 years of recent (within the last 12 months) experience. Your background must include work with project teams, and your experience should encompass power distribution and motor-control centers. Additionally, you must be experienced in motor circuits, codes, designs, switchgears, and more. Instrumentation experience within a chemical plant would be highly advantageous. Finally, you must be a clear communicator with excellent interpersonal skills as you will be managing and/or interacting with engineering firms as well as internal personnel.
